The Dominion Development Group (DDG) team has over 50 years of experience in all aspects of real estate development and investment management. 

Beginning in 1972, DDG’s principal in partnership with JBG Associates acquired and developed three blocks on King Street in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The project was a major catalyst for Old Town Alexandria becoming a top-rated national and international tourist attraction and coveted place to live and work. Since then, we have developed, built (as general contractor), and leased or sold hundreds of residential units and numerous office buildings, hotel, retail, historic restoration, and other real estate projects in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.

Over the years, we have also provided design, entitlement approval, financing, construction, leasing and property management, real estate asset management and analysis, feasibility analysis and valuation, appraisal, and other services for numerous clients, large and small.
